Thaddius Grime was Dr Glam’s wicked alterego, and a very naughty boy. Whenever I wrote songs that were not sparkly and/or happy enough to channel through Dr Glam - often about bats, ghouls, spiders, and malevolent Teddys - I’d bring Thaddius to life to perform them. Although a graveyard smash and a Halloween hit, in truth Thaddius was a plastic ghoul about as evil as a miffed Bay City Roller or a slighty annoyed Osmond.
